Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Starting on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 10 AM
SUP Yoga is 75 minute yoga class that is practiced on a paddleboard floating on water.
Class includes light warm-ups on shore before launching boards then a core based flow class that will strengthen and excite all at the same time. The Yoga sequence is accessible to all, starting with poses that are closer to the board and then working into more challenging poses. Classes take place on the Callalisa Creek accessible from the Indian River at Callalisa Park.
SUP Yoga classes are $35 per session.
