Warm Yoga Level 1-2 ASY

WARM YOGA (approx. 85-90 degrees) Warm Yoga is an invigorating Yoga Class that stretches the body, mind, and spirit while toning the muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints, and de-bloating the body by releasing toxins through breathing and sweating.
Warm Yoga combines the therapeutic benefits of light heat, movement, breath, and energy alignment into each session.
Level 1-2 classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice more and become more familiar with poses and the use of the breath. The teacher may introduce more challenging poses as the student is ready. Modifications are given for beginners
