Yin Yoga and Gathering at Saltwater Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 2, 2020
Thursdays 6 PM at Saltwater Yoga Studio; we are taking the our traditional Yin class a step beyond. After class we welcome you to stay and socialize with your fellow Yogi’s. Wine, tea and water will be available but more importantly, your community.
What is Yin?
Yin Yoga is a class for all levels of yoga students that work the connective tissues of the body for greater flexibility, injury prevention and calming the mind. We will work into seated and reclined poses with the use of props such as yoga blocks and blankets then hold for several minutes, safely and therapeutically stretching, stimulating and strengthening. No yoga experience needed!
