Hi future Yin Yoga teacher! It is my pleasure to help you expand your knowledge and practice of Yin Yoga.
I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and have been teaching Yin and Vinyasa Yoga for 8 years. I am a Yoga Alliance ERYT-200, RYT-500 and YACEP. I have over 700 hours of training and 2000 hours of teaching.
This is a 30-hour Yin Yoga TT that is Yoga Alliance approved for 25 contact hours and 5 non-contact hours.
Expectations and Goals
Is for current yoga teachers and yoga practitioners to gain a greater level of knowledge about connective tissue, (fascia, ligaments, and tendons), the bone structure of the pelvis and spine, our central nervous system and how Yin Yoga effects it, anatomy trains (or how the muscular system works together), sequencing a class, and energetically; simple meditation practices for Yin Yoga and the eight limbs from the Yoga Sutra’s.

Yoga props; 1 small bolster, 1 large bolster, 3-4 woven blankets, 3- 4” blocks and a strap.
The Vital Psoas Muscle book by Jo Ann Staugaard-Jones. 2” 3 ring binder
